2 Bedroom Oceanfront: Xmas Surcharge $45 per night

- Rates are in US dollars per night for the indicated number of people.
- Infants under 2 years of age stay in the condo for no extra charge.
- Rates INCLUDE taxes and service charges.
1 Bedroom Oceanfront Units:
- A 3 night minimum stay is required, except:
- A 7 night minimum stay is required over Xmas or New Years.
- A 14 night minimum stay is required if over both Xmas & New Years.
- A mid-week to mid-week stay is also required over Xmas or New Years.
2 Bedroom Oceanfront Units:
- 1 extra adult / child permitted for an additional $30 per night.
- A 3 night minimum stay is required, except:
- A 7 night minimum stay is required over Xmas or New Years.
- A 10 night minimum stay is required if over both Xmas & New Years.
Deposit and Payments
1 Bedroom Oceanfront Units:
- Full payment required if staying less than 7 days, or
- Full payment required if booked within 30 days of arrival.
- XMAS - full payment required if booked within 60 days or arrival.
- Otherwise, a 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
- The balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arriva, except:.
- Xmas: The balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
- Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express are accepted.
2 Bedroom Oceanfront Units:
- Summer Season: A 3 night deposit is due at the time of of booking.
- The balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Winter Season: A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking,
- The balance of payment is due 60 prior to arrival at the resort.
- Xmas / New Years: A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking,
- The balance of payment is due 90 prior to arrival at the resort.
- Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express are accepted.
Cancellation Policy
1 Bedroom Oceanfront Units:
- There is a $100us fee for any revision you make to your reservation, plus:
- For a refund (less $100 & 1 night rental), 30+ days notice is required.
- Xmas: For a refund (less $100 & 2 nights rental) 60+ days notice is required.
2 Bedroom Oceanfront Units:
- There is a $50us min. cancellation fee at all times. $100 Dec 19 - Jan 05.
- Summer: Cancel within 30 days of arrival, the full deposit is non-refundable.
- Winter: Cancel within 61 days of arrival, the full deposit is non-refundable.
