- Rates are in US dollars per night for the indicated number of people.
- Infants under 2 years of age stay in the condo for no extra charge.
- Additional charges: 10% government tax + 10% service charge.
- A 7 night minimum stay is required if staying over xmas or new years.
- A 10 night minimum stay is required if staying over xmas & new years.
- A 3 night minimum stay is required at all other times.
Deposit and Payments
- Summer Season: A 3 night deposit is due at the time of of booking.
- The balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Winter Season: A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking,
- The balance of payment is due 60 prior to arrival at the resort.
- Xmas / New Years: A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking,
- The balance of payment is due 90 prior to arrival at the resort.
- Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express are accepted.
Cancellation Policy
- There is a $50us min. cancellation fee at all times. $100 Dec 19 - Jan 05.
- Summer: Cancel within 30 days of arrival, the full deposit is non-refundable.
- Winter: Cancel within 61 days of arrival, the full deposit is non-refundable.

Best family vacation yet, with 7, 3, & 1 year olds and grandparents! Incredible oceanview & beach access with all the amenities of home. Love the coves and reef for snorkeling & swimming – we will be back!

Where else can you stay with a giant balcony, overlooking the water, for around $500/night? And over spring break? I expected a very modest condo, but this was pretty and the master was actually luxury! It very much exceeded our expectations!
