Stay 6 nights, pay for only 5... stay 12 nights, pay for only 10, etc.
- Rates are in US dollars per night for the indicated number of people.
- Infants under 2 years of age stay in the condo for no extra charge.
- Additional charges: 10% government tax and 6% service charge.
Deposit and Payments
- A deposit equal to 50% of the total is required at the time of booking.
- Stay under 6 nights, a 3 night deposit is required at the time of booking.
- The balance of payment is to be arranged upon check-in at the resort.
- The Meridian accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations are subject to a minimum fee of $50us. Or:
- Cancel within 30 days of arrival, the full deposit is non-refundable, except
- Winter: Cancel within 60 days of arrival, the full deposit is non-refundable.
- Xmas: Cancel within 120 days of arrival, the full deposit is non-refundable.
Guest Comments
Our family of four ( mom, dad and kids; girl 11, boy 8) had a wonderful week long stay at The Meridian Condos right on Seven Mile Beach. We were delighted from the moment we arrived, check in was a breeze. The apartment was beautifully decorated with an unsurpassed views of the beach and all the amenities to make you feel at home.
This area of the beach is pretty quiet compared to other areas where the hotels are located. The beach is gorgeous and you can even snorkel right off shore. We saw many fish and even baby squid.
The condo location is very convenient, you have several restaurants within walking distance and Foster's Supermarket right across the street where you will find the same products and brand names that are available in the states. We had breakfast and lunch at the apartment and some nights even dinner; our kids were so tired from being at the beach all day that they did not want to go out at night. Very good food at many of the restaurants in the island.
OH the beach!! Just perfect. Being myself originally from Cuba and having traveled to several Caribbean Islands. I must say that Seven Mile Beach is one of the best I have seen.. if not "the best". What can I say? I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS ISLAND. I guess it is obvious that we will be back and definitely will consider staying at The Meridian again.
