Stay 7 nights, pay for only 6... stay 14 nights, pay for only 12, etc.
- Rates are in US dollars per night for the indicated number of people.
- Infants under 2 years of age stay in the condo for no extra charge.
- Additional charges: 10% government tax and 6% service charge.
Deposit and Payments
- A deposit equal to 50% of the total is required at the time of booking.
- The balance of payment is to be arranged upon check-in at the resort.
- South Bay Beach Club accepts Visa, Mastercard and Discover cards.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancel within 60 days of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancel 60 days or more pior to arrival for a full refund.

Booking the condo was really easy. When we arrived the building, location and condition of the condo exceeded our expectations. The pictures of the beach from the inside are a true representation of the place. It is in walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We spent the week relaxing and discovering the island. We will be back!

We just got back from our vacation at the South Bay Beach Club on Grand Cayman. It was a wonderful place to stay, everything was very nice with all the upgrades, nothing was missed and the location was perfect. We were in easy walking distance to shopping & many restaurants. Our Villa was beautiful, and the staff was so friendly and helpful, we can not wait to go back! I would highly recommend the South Bay Beach Club to anyone that is looking for a 1st class vacation.

We recently stayed at South Bay Beach Club in Villa # 5 and were delighted with our holiday. We have stayed in some pretty nice places but this was definitely top of the list for us. The place is very, very new, beautifully appointed and had a walk out to spectacular Seven Mile beach and the lovely pool and lounging area. The beds were very comfortable and had crisp new linens, towels and there was daily housekeeping. The kitchen well equiped with new appliances and the staff very kind and helpful. There was even a small work out room we all used several times during our stay.
The location of South Bay Beach Club on the beach was great and you could walk to many restaurants and shopping was just a short walk away. It was so nice to be away from all the crowds in the busy hotels and have the convenience of our own kitchen for breakfasts, lunchs and sunset cocktails. Can't wait to go again.
