- Rates are in US dollars per night for the indicated number of people.
- Infants under 2 years of age stay in the condo for no extra charge.
- 7 night minimum stay required during winter season.
- Additional charges: 10% government tax and 6% service charge.

Deposit and Payments

- A deposit equal to 50% of the total is required at the time of booking.
- Stay under 6 nights, a 3 night deposit is required at the time of booking.
- The balance of payment is to be arranged upon check-in at the resort.
- The renaissance accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards.

Cancellation Policy

- Summer: If cancelled within 30 days of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
- Winter: If cancelled within 60 days of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
- Xmas: If cancelled within 120 days of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.

 

Guest Comments

Our family of 6 stayed at the Renaissance condos on 7 Mile Beach in June. We stayed in a corner, 3 bedroom unit with stunning views. Great furnishings, well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer with laundry soap supplied. Beach towels, toilet paper, Island-made shampoo, conditioner, bar soap and lotion, dishwasher soap, dish soap, iron, and hair dryers are all supplied. A nice touch not to have to purchase/pack some of those items.

There are not many rental units in the building, so it is relatively quiet and the beach, pool and hot tub were uncrowded. The entire resort is extremely well kept and the grounds have a well manicured appearance. The beach itself is clean and among the nicest in this area of 7 mile beach - the crowds from cruise ships are well south of there, and yet the Tikki bar beach and Cemetery beach (best snorkelling) are both only a 15 minute walk away. There are lots of lounge chairs, umbrellas and hammocks available and we often felt like we had the entire beach / pool to ourselves. There is also a man-made circle rock “reef” out front in about 4 feet of water, so it is the perfect spot to learn to snorkel for beginners.

Television on the 3 large plasma TVs is Dish Network with a wide assortment of channels. High speed WiFi is included, as is free long-distance calls back to North America via VOIP. There is a manager on duty during normal business hours and as needed on Saturday.

The Renaissance is lower priced than the luxury condos in the more central area of 7 Mile Beach too, so overall, this is a fantastic option for a stay on 7 Mile Beach. It is well situated within a short drive of groceries and other shopping and amenities, but is just far away enough to avoid the crowds. If you want a peaceful getaway, this is definitely an excellent choice!
