Stay 5 nights, pay for only 4... stay 10 nights, pay for only 8, etc.
- Rates are in US dollars per night for the indicated number of people.
- Children under 12 years of age stay in the condo for no extra charge.
- 2 additonal adults/teens permitted for an extra $30us/night per person.
- Max of 6 people in a 2 bedroom unit. Max of 8 people in a 3 bedroom unit.
- Additional charges: 10% government tax +4½ % service charge.
- A 7 night minimum stay is required during winter season (except January).
Deposit and Payments
- A 1 night deposit is required at the time of booking during summer season.
- A 3 night deposit is required at the time of booking during winter season.
- Xmas/New Years reservations require full payment 60 days prior to arrival.
- The balance of payment is to be arranged upon check-in at the resort.
- The Grandview accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards.
Cancellation Policy
- Summer: Cancel more than 14 days prior to arrival for a full refund.
- Winter: Cancel more than 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund.
- Xmas/New Years: Cancel more than 60 days prior to arrival for a full refund.
- If you cancel with shorter notice than above, the deposit is forfeited.

This place is amazing. Right on the beach, with great snorkeling right outside your door. Restaurants, shops, and grocery store all within walking distance. Condo was georgous and very clean. Fully equipped kitchen. The pool and heated jacuzzi are fantastic. Is very quiet, with the beach almost to yourself. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. Cannot recomment this place enough. Am going back soon.

My family stayed at The Grandview for 1 week in August. We have three small boys, and our condo was just perfect for us! Lots of room, clean and comfortable. The grounds were well manicured and very clean. We were beachfront, which was just great. We loved the pool, and jacuzzi. Used them almost every day at sunset, before heading out to dinner. The beach in front of the property was nice, although a bit rocky. My kids preferred to walk down the beach a bit where it was more sandy. We were close to everything, didn't rent a car, and it was not a problem at all. We either walked, or used the public buses. Max and Kenesha were fabulous. They were very helpful and informative. We're already planning a trip back there for next August. But this time we are going to stay for at least 10 days!

The Grandview resort was simply amazing. The condo unit was well outfitted and very well maintained. The views from the units were amazing as well. The pool was gorgeous and the hot tub was the perfect temperature. The grounds look just as good as they do on the website. The beach was also great. We snorkeled right from the beach and also ventured a couple hundred paces to the Gamma ship wreck and had some awesome snorkeling there too. The kids had a blast chasing the many hermit crabs that were abundant on the beach too.
I have traveled to many places in the world and can honestly say that my stay at the Grandview was the best ever. This was not only because the Grandview is in a gorgeous setting, but mainly because the friendly service we received from the management staff (Max and Kenesha).
I can't wait for our next visit to the Grandview on Grand Cayman!
