- Rates are in US dollars per night for the indicated number of people.
- Infants under 2 years of age stay in the condo for no extra charge.
- Additional charges: 10% government tax and 6% service charge.
Deposit and Payments
- A deposit equal to 50% of the total is required at the time of booking.
- Stay under 6 nights, a 3 night deposit is required at the time of booking.
- The balance of payment is to be arranged upon check-in at the resort.
- The Beachcomber accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards.
Cancellation Policy
- Summer: Cancel within 30 days of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
- Winter: Cancel within 60 days of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
- Xmas: Cancel within 120 days of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
Guest Comments
We loved the Beachcomber. Our oceanfront unit had an extended deck beyond the screened veranda which provided more quiet space & magnificent views. It was quiet and beautifully appointed and fully fit out - even wi-fi & free phone calls to the US.
The beach is immaculate and not crowded... By comparison, the Ritz looks like a distressed tent city. The reception staff and housekeeping couldn't have been more welcoming and gracious. The property location is ideal; short walks to supermarket, variety of resturaunts at all price ranges. The weather was perfect...I'm in next year !

I stayed here for the second time last November with some friends and had a great time. The views and beach are spectacular, the grocery and liquor stores are right across the street and the Ritz Carlton, with their amazing Pina Coladas is a short walk down the beach.
The pool area is spotless and furnishings in my unit were high end. I can't imagine there being a nicer place!
